Full booth fee is required upon signing of this contract.
By acceptance of this agreement, the undersigned dealer expressly releases the Shortsville-Manchester Area Chamber of Commerce (SMACC) and its members, the Village of Shortsville, the Village of Manchester, and the Town of Manchester and all representatives thereof from any liability for damage, injury, or loss to person and property from cause whatsoever during occupancy of the premises.
The dealer shall be liable for any and all damage to the space leased to the dealer, or any part of the premises owned by the Village and/or Town.

The Shortsville-Manchester Area Chamber of Commerce is requesting a copy of your Certificate of Liability Insurance if you carry it. Please submit a copy with your registration if applicable. If you are not insured and wish to be, please contact Brenda Pollock at (585)289-3259.
